Morganza Aqueduct project…..

Dear Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal, and Colonel Ed Fleming of the Army corps of engineers,

Please consider the project of building an Aqueduct from the Morganza spillway west into Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and California. It would serve several purposes, routing excess floodwaters to Western states that need it, and creating jobs for unemployed workers.

“If they give you a code, go to "Appearance" -> "Widgets" and find the Text widget on the content, drag it to the location you want it to appear, it will show a title form and content form, paste the code provided in the content…
